- Konny E-Gift Cards are issued and managed by Konny by Erin Inc. and can be applied only to purchases in the Konny Official Store(konnybaby.com).
- Except to the extent required by applicable law, you agree that all purchases through the Konny Official Store cannot be returned for a cash refund or exchanged and are non-refundable.
- Additional payment will be required if your new Konny product’s purchase price exceeds the value of the gift card. Gift cards are also not for resale.
- Check your E-Gift Card balance by contacting us via chat button below. You must have your E-Gift Card code available.
